L.I.L.Y. Publishing is an Italian publishing company specialized in music books, focused on historical facts and stories about key artists and albums in the rock and pop world. The volumes are in English language (with some of them also available in Italian) and contain exclusive interviews with musicians, producers, engineers and important personnel that took part in the recordings, as well as rare to find material and information. The books feature great photo covers (SONGS series) or come with colour images (MILESTONES series).

The founder
Luca Perasi (Milan, November 1969) is an Italian music journalist, author, translator and publisher. After helping his father with his founded company, in 1996 he started a career as a manager (Customer Service, Operations, Digital Marketing) in many multinational companies. Since 2012, he entered the music journalism world; he has written many reference books about Paul McCartney and the solo Beatles and has worked for MPL Communications. His major works include Paul McCartney: Recording Sessions (2013), a history of the McCartney's sessions in chronological order, and Paul McCartney: Music is Ideas. The Stories Behind the Songs (2023–present), a multi-volume series intended as the artist’s most comprehensive reference book.
